Position Summary As a Senior Consultant supporting Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), you will help clients design and implement real-time, omnichannel customer journeys that power personalized engagement across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels. In this role, you will bring together journey orchestration, campaign configuration, decisioning, and platform integration to support activation across digital touchpoints. Our in-house agency engages customers throughout their journey — AdTech, MarTech, campaign automation, CRM, and lead-to-loyalty orchestration.QualificationsRequired:3+ years of hands-on implementation experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), including journey orchestration, triggers, automations, actions, messages, and offers2+ years configuring AJO channel surfaces (email, SMS, push, in-app), including email subdomain setup, IP pool creation, and IP warming/deliverability strategy2+ years working with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including Experience Data Model (XDM) schemas, Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), and Web/Mobile SDK or Edge Network event forwarding to support AJO journey triggersExperience configuring external data sources, custom events, and custom actions within AJO to support complex, attribute- and behavior-driven journeys5+ years in customer data, marketing technology, or digital campaign management with application programming interface (API)-first configuration, Git, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), environment promotion, automated validation, production monitoring, and runbooksStrong understanding of business domains, data models, and marketing campaign strategy, with the ability to translate functional requirements into technical journey designsAbility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.Preferred:Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer Decisioning (AJO-D) and Offer Decisioning (OD), including offer collections, placements, decision scopes, and eligibility/prioritization rulesAdobe Certified Expert or Adobe Certified Professional credential in Journey Optimizer, Experience Platform, or a related Adobe Experience Cloud productExperience with emerging AJO/AEP artificial intelligence capabilities, including AJO Experimentation, CX AI/Agent Orchestrator, and AEP AI AssistantExperience with cloud data platforms, including Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud PlatformExperience with digital marketing analytics and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)Programming or scripting experience in Python, Java, SQL, or BashExperience integrating marketing technology, advertising technology, and data integration tools, including Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, Google, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Segment, Tealium, or custom APIsExperience training or leading offshore or nearshore delivery teams in a Global Delivery modelBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or a technical fieldThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
