Geospatial Data AnalystThe Opportunity:With cloud-based tools, faster GPUs, and the explosion of connected devices, geospatial data has more potential than ever. A skilled geospatial and remote sensing analyst can turn that data into mission critical information. You’ll design, analyze, and develop geospatial solutions using ArcGIS for priorities like infrastructure, topography, human geography, and intelligence.You’ll work with the team to improve communications with visualizations including heat maps, terrain analyses, and formal reports to ensure law enforcement stakeholders have the timely information they need. The world can’t wait.You Have: Experience compiling, manipulating, and analyzing geospatial dataKnowledge of scripting languages to refine GIS data pipelines and processesAbility to create reports, maps, applications, and visualizations convening the results of spatial analysesAbility to design, develop, and maintains databases and systems of GIS dataAbility to provide visual interpretations of data, including geographic and pattern of life analysis of dataSecret clearanceBachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in geospatial data analysis or IT data analysis, or Master's degree and 5+ years of experience in geospatial data analysis or IT data analysisClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;Secret clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
